@ICAUAE Still nothing from anyone. Complaint is marked as low priority despite being more than 4 days old. I really need to speak to someone who can actually help other than just telling me to wait please.

@ICAUAE applied for the 5year tourist visa more than 2 weeks ago and still no response and no one can tell me how long the process takes and when I can expect a response! My flight to the UAE is on Friday! #help #icasmartservices #Expo2020
