3 canceled flights, 2 airports, and a reroute that would take me to Nashville via Orlando and Charlotte, and I’m officially done with @AmericanAir. Not only did they lose me as a customer, I lost my confidence and will never use them again for personal or business travel 🤬

I could literally drive to #Nashville in the same amount of time as my rerouted flight will take me. Thanks @AmericanAir. Looks like I’ll have to admit defeat and try again another weekend on a different airline.

@AmericanAir how come I can’t get to Nashville? I’ve been waiting at LaGuardia for 4 hours (2 canceled flights) and now heading to JFK for a flight in FIVE HOURS. This sucks.

Thanks @AmericanAir for the rebook! Instead of flying non-stop from NYC to Nashville at 1pm today, my new flight leaves tomorrow night at 9pm, I have an overnight layover in Orlando, followed by a flight to Charlotte, and finally get to Nashville on Sunday. #fml 🤦🏻‍♀️
