@SouthwestAir Yet, the result is us losing hundreds of dollars, only to spend hundreds of dollars more to book a flight just past the expiration date. Not sure what is making this "necessary" for me to spend double (or more) on re booking a trip due to circumstances beyond my control.
Dear @SouthwestAir, please consider re-evaluating your policy on flight cancellation funds due to COVID-19 circumstances. Given our current reality, it will be resulting in our family losing hundreds of dollars for something that is far outside of our control.
