@PrsrvtnSociety can you make jam from frozen fruit pulp from Latin American stores that is designed for juices ? If so do you have a recipe? I usually use passion fruit pulp for curds but curious to try other flavours for jam and thought I'd ask an expert!

"Some research has shown that lingering Covid symptoms are more prevalent in people in their 30s and 40s — when workers are often in the prime of their careers."

After the news: Est.10% of #COVID infections result in #LongCovid symptoms. #Ontario's expert @AngelaMCheung w/ @UHN guides us thru latest research, challenges accessing care, & burden of cases, Also @AlykhanAbdulla and you. @LongCovidGroup#onpoli https://t.co/2S80smYuVL
. @CPHO_Canada says new research shows as many as 50% of people who get infected develop #LongCovid which is up from previous estimates of 10-20%

The only way to avoid getting #LongCovid is to not get COVID in the first place. Glad to see this important issue is increasingly on the radar but messaging needs to make it clear that vaccinated people are also at risk of developing long COVID (like me).
(7/11) Infected individuals (particularly if unvaccinated) are at risk of developing Long COVID, which is associated with serious neurologic illness, heart attacks, stroke, and long-term impairment.
@COVIDSciOntario Messaging needs to clearly highlight that fully vaccinated people can also get #LongCovid. Like me, a previously healthy runner in my 30s who got it after 3 doses and it's so bad I'm off work in bed.
What’s the big deal? Why not just tell my boss and coworkers I’m working at 50% with a mysterious condition with no clear outlook for the indefinite future - Should be chill! #LongCovid
This is why people don’t share they have #LongCovid 👇
“30% had impairments in work performance [after infection]. Experiences of stigma & discrimination were reported by 43%. This study revealed significant impacts of #LongCovid on local communities” https://t.co/sQPnejVINu
This hits close to home. Before #longCOVID I ran 20km a week (w/a delightful chocolate lab running buddy). So shout out to the 30-ish guy mentioned who still isn't back at it. I see you.
For runners who got COVID-19, recovering is harder than they thought https://t.co/eZIWE0Ue1p
Being in the middle of an unexpected experience with an unknown end date is scary and sometimes takes me to a dark place. I love life and dive in with enthusiasm & have hope that w/access to doctors who are on the forefront of #LongCovid research that in time, this too shall pass
Research is happening to understand why some people are predisposed to #longcovid and what works to get better @CANCOV1@ReclaimTrial
And I have learned about resting, pacing and that any physical, cognitive or emotional activity drains my limited energy budget. #takingcharge
