@British_Airways usual useless service this morning, family of 5 adults 3 children. One bag 28kg but the others all less than allowance. 1 less checked bag too! They said can’t do it because balance of plane but if we pay excess we could have! Had to hold the que up instead!

@British_Airways No we won’t really Karen after the airport expedition. It’s funny how if we paid for excess ( even though as a family we were under ) all of a sudden that’s ok. The manager said it’s because of the aircraft balance but if we pay that goes out the window...

1 bag was 28kg but as a family we were under the weight limit plus one bag less
Told because of balance on the plane we couldn’t take bag of 28kg but if we paid excess baggage would have be ok
