The Irfu see the Ireland men’s 7s team as a financial burden and not a genuine pathway.
In reality, the Irish men’s 7s program brings in the most external investment in the IRFU behind the men’s XV.
This video is to inform and to bring clarity to the current situation.

25,000 people still without power, 15,000 people currently homeless,
1m people on hospital waiting lists,
Ireland ranks as the 4th richest country in the world, so where is all our money going?
On everyone else.
As unvetted single males continue to flood into this country on the invitation of Roderic O Gorman, it should be crystal clear that this government hate you.
Latest IPAS figures attached.
@MichealMartinTD@DarraghOBrienTD You have no clue what it has been like for everyone who had and still has no power or water since Jan 24th. No empathy, no compassion- just more worry for us now as we have to pay for the cost of the clean up according to esb! Such a joke
Our power came back at 16.52 today after 11 days.
I cannot express the anger I feel, not at the fact that a storm caused damage to vital infrastructure but that this corrupt, deviant government (who continued to post smiley selfies on social media while hundreds of thousands of people in rural Ireland coped without electricity) have been voted back into power.
Clearly, unprecedented interference with liberty was not enough to justify their explusion from politics.
If you are one of the many many people who voted these corrupt, indifferent liars back into government, you have absolutely no right to complain about their current failures.
The amount of elderly, disabled and vulnerable people that have suffered while this government took an extra 2 weeks holidays is a fucking disgrace.
I am ashamed to be Irish today.
This is definitely one of the funniest videos I’ve seen in a long time. It’s a deadly piss-take of every GAA sponsorship advert on TV, and it’s funny because it’s true.
@johnsermac They could source supplies for those without power and water, offer food/batteries etc, get help from other agencies, the UK, EU….literally anything!!!
Can’t praise the workers of the ESB enough for getting us back to power. The government on the other hand should be ashamed of themselves - no assistance/care given to the areas still without power or water going into the 4th day
Just passed an ESB crew still out working in the dark, wet and cold to try & get peoples homes back up and running. They deserve major credit for the manner in which they have responded to the destruction that was caused.
@finbarmcd@TonightVMTV@ClaireKerrane Maybe to show leadership/support to those people who are still suffering without any power, any heat, any water since last Thursday night?? To put plans in place for everyone still affected by this crisis. You wouldn’t last a day in any of their shoes.
@MichealMartinTD You say “worked” as in past tense but this work continues to be ongoing. The people on the ground are hero’s - but what exactly have you done to help them or us - the people who are still affected by this outage of power and water??
