Dear @CityofJoburgZA thank you for estimating our water usage for 151 days, and then sending us a bill in September 2020 for R16k... cause we all have that lying around. Thank you for sending a Pre-termination Notice that was never received!

Oh, and one last thing @CityofJoburgZA, thank you for charging those step-up costs on our water bill of 151 days, when step-up costs are usually charged on monthly readings! Surely that amounts to fraud? Thank you for being fraudsters too! Thank you! #ForNothing
