@virginmedia My mom has phoned virgin again and had a lady help her and she has managed to get it reconnected and she has explained that it was nothing to do with booster that other lady was saying we needed. But still no manger call back. Thank you for your help in this matter.

@virginmedia Yes it was today she said she would get them to call within half an hour. Yes 5ghz was working fine this morning and then it just disappeared and all she was interested in was selling us boosters than sorting out the issue
@virginmedia Lady I spoke to told me she was getting manger to call as we were not happy with the way we were spoke to all she was interested in was selling use virgin boosters so we can get our 5 ghz back which disappeared this morning.
