@TK_HelpDesk In addition to that, the helpdesk in Istanbul was not able to tell me if there is a delay or not, as indicated on turkish airlines website. It was not in their system but well on the website. So basically I don’t even know if the flight tk879 will take place, will have delay...

@TK_HelpDesk Nobody answers the phone in the Turkish airline office in Tehran and nobody was present today in the airport. The helpdesk in Istanbul is unable to tell me whether I will be reimbursed or not. I cannot wait another 36 hours at the airport like this.

@TK_HelpDesk Hi. My flight from Tehran to Istanbul has been cancelled twice due to weather conditions and nobody can tell me whether it will fly today at 7:45 am (tk879). It may have a 6 hours delay, in which case I wont get my other flight to hanover. I want to be reimbursed.

@TurkishAirlines Thanks for always being present and giving the right information at the right time ! It’s been 36 hours I’ve been stuck at Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran and after having my flight canceled twice there is nobody from Turkish Airlines in their office!
