So apparently @wowcher @Wowcher_Support automatically redeem vouchers on your behalf 48 hours after purchase so that they don’t have to stand by their ‘14 day no quibble’ money back guarantee! They then refuse to help you and just refer you to the merchant who just ignores you

Hey @manairport , any chance of you letting passengers know how long we have to wait for our luggage? I trust extra car parking fees will be waived?? Some staff to speak to would be fabulous! How can you have an ‘unstaffed’ area in an airport?!

@manairport Finally got them after 2 hours only to return to the ‘secure’ terminal 1 car park that I’d paid £65 to park my car in for 5 days & find that my car had been broken into. Rang the help button at the barrier only to be told that’s what happens on public car parks! Holiday ruined.
