@DanWetzel Really? Why? What makes it terrible? Kinda like it. Feels, I do t know, kinda NFLish with lots of wildcards. Regular season carries lots of weight. What’s not to like?
@realEstateTrent I get it. It’s not a financially savvy decision to payoff a low interest loan. But, there’s something to be said for peace of mind. And, many times, it’s a cash flow issue…
@shawngorham Oh I don’t know. There’s significant risk to the lender in these transactions. If they get their due diligence right, I would agree. But, that’s not always the case. And as a lender, all it takes is one major loss to severely screw your operation.
@realEstateTrent I would ask what his line of business actually is? Is it significantly cyclical? If so, paying off the mortgage, regardless of the rate may be a decent risk management decision. Your point is totally valid, but there may be other factors that carry weight.
@wolfofx Reacted that way with my 1st when she walked. Was pleased when my 2nd to her 1st steps. Pushed my third back down on the floor….ya live and learn..
@Conservative_X1@jimgeraghty Because those 10,000 are fucking invaders. Want peace? Get the hell out of the country…damn, you right wingers used to have vague understanding of how the world actually works. Appears now you just bend other and take it..
@acaseofthegolf1 lol! I was gonna say you need to be careful. Tendons and ligaments ain’t as supple as they once were, at 48. But, as your opponents are 5 foot and 100 lbs, I think you’ll be ok!
@realEstateTrent Put solar on our new place in Phoenix in 2022. Intended to pay cash until the solar company offered 1.99% for 20 years. Wont touch it until I have too..
