@timmyhasagoatee That said, the OP is a shrug for most of that…

[matters @mellis555]

@timmyhasagoatee To be fair. I’ve JUST worked up to 12s after several years of 8s/10s. I’m not doing 12s because I’m ego lifting, but because with good form I was hitting +15 reps consistently for 3 sets with 10s.

But I agree with your sentiment, lat raises if done properly you’ll struggle

@JenMsft @anon_opin Came here to say this

[matters @mellis555]

@ole_was_right His performance against Madrid where he was wrongly sent off was out of this world. We’d have definitely won that game, and possibly the competition, if he’d stayed on the field that night

[matters @mellis555]

@MartienBall Just to add to this, whilst I’m not saying stats are everything - we all have eyes and can see some performance levels - we are winning most games in terms of possession, chances created, xG, etc. even though we don’t have the setup or profile of player the manager wants 🤷‍♂️

[matters @mellis555]

@ole_was_right Couple of moments where De Ligt gave me Vidic flashbacks yesterday

[matters @mellis555]

@Muppetiers Yeah I think Zirkzee on at some point we score at least one of those chances.

[matters @mellis555]

@Malachians You spelled “tournament” wrong. Not a big fan of TAA but he couldn’t have done much worse this tournament than Walker

[matters @mellis555]

@Leon_Mann Congrats. You’re:

A) part of the problem

B) stupid

I have absolutely NO problem that wasn’t given as a handball and penalty, because I think the law has gone mad, but all I’m asking for is consistency. I’ve seen at least 2 in this competition given for the same/less, and in the Premier League it’s given on a coin toss #ESPGER

Both “home” teams so far winning 2-0 in relatively dominant fashion. Good omen for England, or another woefully inept performance with a stuttering 1-0 win against a nation with under 6m population? Let’s hope Southgate takes some risks in selection! #ENGSVK

[matters @mellis555]

@jay_lyd No idea what he’s doing tonight. Wasn’t much better against Denmark. Going to get a seeing to next round if we carry on like this

[matters @mellis555]

You’d have thought Bellingham would be used to playing in white given his spell at Madrid, but he doesn’t appear to be able to pass to any England teammate tonight #engslo

Cole Palmer? No? Top goals and assists of any English player in the Prem this season? From midfield. Just going to ignore that Gareth? Don’t worry though, the “Trent” in midfield experiment is going well 🫡 #deneng #england

@jay_lyd Hold on, we’re NOT playing with 10 now? He’s definitely not alone, but he is muck

[matters @mellis555]

@marknelsoncomic Nice one. Saw you in Blackpool last night and this is well deserved 💪

@ole_was_right Amazing thread that, really great read. Just goes to show how many people, deliberately or otherwise, misrepresent or misunderstand the details of these massive and complex transactions. Respect to you for taking the time to investigate thoroughly and post for laymen here 🙏
