Does anyone (like @chrisrbritt) know how to actually get someone who cares @Chime? Serious issue and chime is holding my funds hostage for a fraudulent use case and I have requested documentation for proof and they do not send it. Calling does not help! HELP ME! @FOX5Atlanta
@chrisrbritt Why is it every time I call @Chime, the first person who answers wastes your time then ALWAYS can't handle any requests and says they have to transfer you? Every time!
@Chime All that happened was a templated message from the support team that inhave already received before. They are just asking for the same stuff over and over and then quit responding. THE SUPPORT @CHIME IS TERRIBLE.
@chrisrbritt I have been an advocate of @Chime forever but after my card was fraudulently used, Chimes response is embarrassing. Just charged all the fraud transactions back to my account with poor investigation. If you don't have stores, get better phone/mobile support.
@Timotato I think droid life should touch on the specialty of MST. It SOOOO nice to be able to use Samsung pay where Apple and Google pay don't work. Watches too! It's what kept me on board with sung, maybe people who watch you forgot it's significance? Great talking point.
