Should be free of @virginmedia now I've switched but no, on the phone, supposedly transferred to case manager - line gone dead. Shock horror! Owed £80 since May. Lying that they're issuing a cheque every time I ring. No way to sort this out. I honestly think I won't be paid it!!

@virginmedia I was busy with work. This is the problem I have and why this will likely never get sorted. Not enough time in my day to keep chasing up money that I've worked for that you won't give back!

@virginmedia 6th September was the last time I was told I would receive my cheque within 14 days. I've rang today and passed to a non existent case manager. The line went dead. I'd like to know your complaints process please.

@virginmedia They have checked the address twice and lied to me telling me the cheque had now been sent and would take 14 days to reach me. Last time that was promised was 6th Sept. Sick of it now.

Watching the 90s throwbacks on channel 5 and Maggie Thatcher crops up - only real memory I've got of her is a squeaky thatcher head dog toy that I used to throw at my uncles dog and he used to rip it to bits and my Nan and grandad used to cheer like it was her real head 😕🤣
