@TracksDifferent If you air dry it just keep in mind it will feel a little crunchy/not as soft. Especially if you're not able to rinse all the detergent out

@TracksDifferent I personally don't often sleep with my sharks and don't have pets but my sister has two smelly little rat dogs and they are welcome on my living room blankets and those get smelly. I usually wash them with the oxyclean and some vinegar (the blankets not the dogs of course)

@TracksDifferent My long term solution for large plushie washing (besides limited the quantity of plushies you own and need to wash) is I gutted my ikea sharks and added zippers. I take all the stuffing out and just wash them like pillowcases
