Shocking moment machete-wielding thugs slash at each other outside a #KFC in #Leeds

Two young men dressed in black are seen trading blows outside the KFC restaurant with two others.

As one side appears to gain the upper hand, three of the men turn and flee. They are then seen running through the streets being chased by their enemies.

Police cordoned off the area where the attack took place.

There has been outrage about the levels of violence in the area and shock that the latest violence erupted at tea time in broad daylight, days after a murder nearby.

West Yorkshire Police said: 'At 5.25pm today (Tuesday), police received a report of a disturbance involving males with machetes in Roundhay Road, Harehills.

'Armed officers were deployed to the area and no suspects were present.
