@OVOEnergy So what ID should be shown? There is surely a protocol to follow ? Not just a surly visitor with a phone and no identifying badges. Have concerns over the validity of these visits and more vulnerable members of society. Maybe review procedures?

@AvantiWestCoast appalling treatment at Euston. Cancelled 9.21 and refused entry to 9.17 to Manchester Piccadilly as barriers closed. This is equivalent to computer says No! People still boarding , surely some flexibility required when you cancel trains? Will escalate.

@AvantiWestCoast Wow! Yes I mistakenly didn’t think to be exact. I was travelling to Stockport on the Liverpool train ; arrived for the 9.21 which was cancelled. But hey; it’s only my time wasted.

@OVOEnergy are u using Morrison data services for door to door meter readings? Wrong name given , no further explanation so refused entry. Told v abruptly i had 48 hours to take own reading - or what? I assume if u did send, they would know who is paying the bill? Not impressed.
