@MomSchoolRepeat @arhurlbut I remember making a clock face and hands using paper and a brad that we would use to practice telling time in elementary school. My 13-year-old son never did anything like that and can't read an analog clock to save his life!

@JSteele210 @drskmcm Absolutely! I recently had a student who would not follow directions and was extremely rude! I talked to the band director about him, and learned that his parents had divorced and were going through a terrible custody battle. I was suddenly much more empathetic towards him.
