Shows what a fantastic job schools in Wales have done for 2 years under immense pressure, and what they had always done before that. Wellbeing should always remain at the heart of any education system. Let’s hope the government use these findings to invest where they should.

One of our school leaders in Wales was asked to submit three priorities for his school in the forthcoming year. My advice? 1. Today 2. Tomorrow 3. The next day. That’s as far as we can go at the moment. This is crisis leadership.
