The saga continues....@instagram, now my new account has been suspended....what are you doing! At least this time it let me get the email with the code to do the video verification....plus i had to upload a picture of a document....🤬😡

[Melo Six @melo__six]

@Massa_Cod @instagram @Meta Unfortunately nothing worked for me. I tried the video selfie thing about 100 times but never got the E-Mail with the verofication code. Finally i gave up. I just madr a new Instagram account and started over from scratch.

[Melo Six @melo__six]

@instagram @Meta my Instagram account has been hacked today. I'm trying to recover it using the video selfie option, but i never receive a code to the provided email address!!!!!!

[Melo Six @melo__six]

@finkd how come there is no way to get support for a regular person when the instagram account has been hacked? Your Help Center is useless and not working at all!

[Melo Six @melo__six]

@instagram @Meta Why can't I recover my hacked account through video verification? After entering my e-mail address i never get a code. tried with different email. also nothing found in the spam folder...WTF!!! Been trying since friday 😡🤬

[Melo Six @melo__six]

@karell9 @instagram same thing happened to me yesterday. They changed the profile name and pic and deleted all the posts....i told all my friends to unfollow and report it but so far nothing has happened. did you manage to find a way to contact instagram?

[Melo Six @melo__six]

my @ was melo_six. it has now been changed to melo_alexia085. All the posts have been deleted.🤬😡🫤
