FYI - I am not anti vax. I was a VERY unlucky one. I’m just tired of not being able to talk about these rare side effects because I’ll get censored, and our government will do anything to silence people like me. I don’t even know who to ask for help because doctors are scared ‼️

@franks_chung @newscomauHQ I’m also under a neurologist who also said he didn’t want to comment on vaccines. When I pushed for advice he said “don’t get the mRNA ones.” Doctors know how dangerous these vaccines are for some people (myself included) but they fear of deregistration so the silence continues.

@franks_chung @newscomauHQ When I asked my GP two months ago if I should be vaccinated she paused and took a moment to think before saying, “I can’t say yes or no.” I asked about side effects she’d seen in people and she said she’d seen a number of people with neuropathy.

3. Speaking recently to public school and private school parent friends, public school parents are clearly more stressed. We have zero connection with the school and very little with the teacher. It can't continue on like this. The gap will be too wide to close.

Lockdown really highlights inequality in education.
1. My public school kids: Website print outs or Google classroom PDFs from Twinkle, YouTube videos and the occasional Zoom "chat" for well being. Onus is on parents to conduct lessons...

2. Private school kids: Morning roll call via Zoom and well being check-ins. Teachers deliver lessons via Zoom and students can ask for help directly. The onus is on teachers to teach. They continue learning from where it left off at school.

@elfy_scott As a parent it's absolutely heart breaking to see them go through all of this. I don't know what the answer is in terms of starting a family now but we are definitely living through very difficult times. However, we will need strong and courageous leaders for our future!
