Recently went to a mental health tribunal hearing to review a consumer's CTO. Appreciated my buddy nurse's advocacy on behalf of the consumer, esp. praising the consumer's reduction in drug use. Noted different attitudes towards drug use from other professionals. @MHR5000818

Have been practicing giving depot injections safely, skilfully and with empathy. Giving the consumer support and reassurance, offering options such as position and speed to suit their preference and improve their comfort levels. @MHR5000818

Recently met with a consumer struggling with Alzheimers with psychotic symptoms. Doctors struggled to find balance of medication to alleviate symptoms without adverse effects. Noted difficulty in differentiating between negative psychotic symptoms and his depression. @MHR5000818
