A3: We have not been doing any skin testing for acute treated reactions to date.
The decision to boost or not boost is made clinically. We have not been seeing a higher rate of acute hypersensitivity with boosts, hinting that reactions are not IgE mediated.

We can manage anaphylaxis, in the off chance it even happens, but may not be able to save someone with severe COVID...Unless you’ve reacted to ingredients in the vaccine like PEG, get the shot! 💉🦠😷
