Recently I participated via my local club in the Nature category. This was my first time participating and was surprised to hear that it won an award! I'm truly honoured to have received this and grateful to the inspiration and confidence I have gotten from those at my club.

This newsprint contains fragments of stories from an era long passed. Forgotten and left behind in an old fallen in cabin that has been empty since the 1960's. Little remains beyond the smudge ink and worn paper fragments.- Sept 2022

Enjoyed capturing this Bull Elk cooling down in Pyramid Lake, #Jasper, Alberta. There was a fire east of Jasper that created a more painterly effect with the slight smokey haze fading the background, leaving the Elk more vibrant. -September 2022
