Dropping a nap might be necessary at some point before you realise it's time, but at 12 months old it's highly unusual for them not to need a nap at all.

good thread. POTS is the "final common pathway" for numerous problems, and throwing heart rate meds at it, while helpful, does not address those problems esp if the heart rate rise is compensating for something
