@featsooncheol as i stated, ALL albums are under the shop. nung nilagay ni Jeira sa sheets yan, it was under your name, hindi kay Jeira. Even if you treat it as a personal transaction, payment should have gone through melonppang.

You can coordinate with her directly since all pcs were left with her and all funds were handled by her before she left. I, too, have unclaimed money from her that are still not given back up to this day.

I sent a message sa gc that you can check the claims form and claim pcs there that have dupes. Other pcs that are not included sa form were already sent to Jeira and have been with her since Sept 17. If may missing pa, I don’t have them with me anymore.

RE: Shipment of items.

I sincerely apologize for the delay sa shipment ng items. I was not able to ship items last Friday due to a personal emergency that I had to attend to and my current rto schedule cannot accommodate early shipments this week. Earliest I can do is on Thursday. Asked my rider to prioritize pick up for Thursday as well.

Also, may naiwan palang items na for pick up last week since di na rin kinaya ni kuya kunin lahat ng items dahil sa dami tt__tt

Hi, this Alex from Melonppang. Please take time to read.

I sincerely apologize for not being able to answer dms and for delayed shipment of items. I have an announcement lang before I give updates regarding the items under our group orders.

MelonPpangPH will no longer be associated with Jeira moving forward. I will solely handle all shipping and admin work related to the shop.

For pending items to be shipped out (albums, random pulls, and the remaining japan pasabuys) -- I will have all the items shipped to my own address today. Please give me time to do inventory of what's left once they arrive at my address especially the albums. All the albums initially arrived at our former admin's address and all prior shipment was handled by her while I was handling shipments for other items/lapags.

With that being said, there will be changes with the payment methods. I will be updating the payment form and shipping form today. Please wait for my go signal before filling out the forms.

Shipping schedule will remain the same -- Friday pick up for direct couriers, weekends for SDD.

For random pulls/japan pasabuys -- items were supposed to be picked up last Saturday but the rider in our area was not able to do so. However, I had already contacted them to prioritize pick up today at my address.

All unpaid random pulls since March will now be up for sale. If you have paid for the item price but still haven't settled the lpf, kindly settle them so that I can acknowledge your shipping form.

Will try and answer everyone's dms today. Please do not up your dms as I will be answering them from the bottom up.

I apologize again for the delays and I kindly ask for your patience as I will be handling everything alone moving forward. Rest assured, I will try my best to finish pending shipments within the week.
