There’s a particular local logistics company who just got a major fed govt contract. I can easily say that this company has the worst work culture in Lagos.

The CEO/EVP (as he is called) is so uncouth, uses foul language and literally walks all over his staff.

Please what can be done? Can they be sanctioned? Is there any body in Nigeria who fights for the rights of employees.

These kind of things need to be nipped in the bud
