@TheRAC_UK can you stop your employee from persistently doing this! He even does it when he a vehicle on the back. He's committing a clear parking offence under Section 19 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, which strictly prohibits heavy goods vehicles from parking on pavements.
@SF_England When will the site be back up to make applications? The message says 'Sorry, there is an issue with our service. Try again later' but it's been like this for days. I tried calling and was told there wasn't anything wrong with the site, I must be doing something wrong.
