@MMVD_RTO @MTPHereToHelp Same problem continues. Rickshaws on Hill Road and elsewhere in Bandra West continue to refuse passengers while plying empty, claiming they have Uber bookings for which they charge 2 to 3 times normal fare. Simply harassment, even in the rains!

#RTOMaharashtra Most Rickshaws in Bandra (W) operate on Uber platform and are refusing passengers by claiming they have Uber bookings, leaving them stranded. Public and Uber rickshaws must be segregated and strict action must be taken to rein in offenders

@Uber_India Why are cancelled trips being automatically reactivated after a while ? I have faced this issue for the 2nd time today. Luckily I saw the notification, the Uber was some 15 mins away and i cancelled it immediately. What if I had not seen the notification ?

@UberINSupport i booked Uber Rental in advance. At the appointed time, the trip was cancelled without my knowledge. I rebooked another cab, and he didn't understand how rental works, asked me very basic questions about the service. He cancelled too. Unreliable and disappointing !
