@VirginAtlantic Yeah thatβs no problem, also husband just said itβs @VirginHolidays that our complaints are with. Iβll try to forward our complaints about delta to you though. Seriously why use them? The best then sending customers onto the worst! Bad for business we wonβt be using again
@VirginAtlantic But this does concern you. As you put us on that flight. From JFK to Cancim to continue our honeymoon. I saw this post and thought as a good airline why to you use them? We have other issues we need to chase up with you.
@VirginAtlantic@TripAdvisor@Delta We have been trying to get some kind of contact from @Delta first with no luck. Their staff on board are a disgrace to humanity! And broke multiple laws. Plus we are still away right now. We will be chasing everyone up when we are back. Have had major issues with the hotel also
@Delta Thank you will do that when we are finally at our honeymoon part 2 hotel. Just like to add this was booked through Virgin in the UK. It will be my husbands details. I canβt deal with all of this.
F YOU! ππ»@VirginAtlantic@Delta not only am I disabled but Iβm 6β2β! This is our honeymoon and told extra leg room was sorted. My husband called 3 times to check. Currently having a relapse and now a mental breakdown. Iβm in agony and canβt even move. Staff donβt give a shit.
@Delta We are on the 14.40 JFK flight to Cancun Mexico. Donβt have confirmation details to hand.
Oh and taking off without a seat belt on cause no one has bothered to check and Iβm too distracted
@Delta Uncomfortable is an understatement. I have nerve damage in my spine/leg which has flared up recently. We booked through virgin who was aware of this and assured us all measures will be taken for comfort she even called delta in front of us .
