Its a shambles here, with the state of the Welsh NHS, lack of services. The stupid decision of the 20mph .they have done nothing but waste money while people suffer

The worst customer service we have ever experienced! We are supposed to be leaving to travel to a gig in Glasgow at 9.30 but still no tickets ,!! Thanks for ruining our week ! What an absolute joke,
