No seniority or job security or union. It's a pretty neat gig pay-wise, but the hospitals are using them to fill in for striking RNs and unvaxed. & ultimately to bust unions.

All viruses mutate, this is completely expected. The problem with the Delta variant is that it's way more contagious.

@jc_Craze @ThiaBallerina On top of that, while the vaccines protect against it, it doesn't stop those vaxxed from contracting it or spreading it at the same rate as non vaxxed. Luckily it does prevent serious illness and death.

@jc_Craze @ThiaBallerina Now we have a giant chunk of the country refusing the vaccine. And a 3rd dose coming for the vaxxed. Meanwhile, a huge chunk of the world does not have the vax available to them. With G7 countries stockpiling a billion doses.
