Internet provision is 2 things as also need decent bandwidth. However to access websites and use such as @ndis portal @ndis website #provider websites requires well literacy #NumericalLiteracy #DigitalLiteracy. @abs #4228 More than 60% of general Aus pop. do not have these skill
