@TruistNews Car loan switched from SunTrust to Trusit & we were told to set up autopayments through their system. Today, Truist double-debited us for the payment...we've officially been waiting on hold for over 1hr trying to get it fixed. Can someone please help?

@FedExHelp I appreciate the message, but I already have enough issues getting FedEx packages. If you give my driver all my contact info and a pic of the business card (which I already tossed) I'll never see another one. 🙄 Just think you need to train them better... and maybe pay them more.
