Well done Ian and Aaron. Winning Best Overall dish two years out of three is impressive! I’ll make sure I visit @Rope_Anchor to order your dishes off @JWLeesBrewery menu.

A week to go until our annual Chef Maestro competition. The best dishes will feature on our menu, and the winning team will win some fab prizes! Last year's winning dishes are going to take some beating, especially my personal favourite from @GwestyLinks

[Melanie Weatherhead @melweatherhead]

I'm very excited to be sending these invites out this week. Back for a third year, our annual chef competition will be happening in a couple of weeks at Trafford College with the winning dish appearing on our Spring/Summer menu. #jwleespeople

It's great to see Greggs in the news for giving their team members a one-off bonus for fantastic sales. Every year at JW Lees all our team members are eligible to share in our success through the profit share scheme.

We also offer a vegan menu and serve delicious pies!

Our boss encouraging responsible drinking! #jwleespeople #MadFriday

It was lovely to receive this postcard at work. Each member of the People team committed to deliver one big thing by the end of the year and it's nice to be recognised for this. I can't wait to progress my project further in 2020 - it's going to a great year.

Thanks Nik!

The perfect excuse to eat cake - it's for charity. This Sunday we will be holding our annual Pounds for Puds day. @JWLeesBrewery will donate £1 to @MaggiesCentres for every pudding sold on Sunday. Just need to decide what pudding to choose #toughdecision.

[Melanie Weatherhead @melweatherhead]

@Carsy8 @LiquidThinker @JWLeesBrewery @JWLeesCareers @ansonbolton has plenty to cheer about - he’s a Bolton fan 😂#theoneontheright

[Melanie Weatherhead @melweatherhead]

A really informative and thought-provoking day was spent with Damian Hughes @LiquidThinker, followed by a tour of Manchester United. Now for the simple task (!!) of putting what we have learnt into practice. @JWLeesBrewery @JWLeesCareers. Can you spot the non Man Utd fans?

[Melanie Weatherhead @melweatherhead]

@Travelbaggins With that line up, it’s worth the queue!

[Melanie Weatherhead @melweatherhead]

It was a privilege to visit our Charity of the Year - @MaggiesCentres and learn about the invaluable support they provide to families. I look forward to the @JWLeesBrewery partnership with them this year. Let the fundraising commence!

@Sharma_Ck I think this is usually your suggestion 😃..... not that I take much persuading #sharmapleasepleaseletsgodancing
