Thats a wrap folks
Thanks to everyone who helped make our toy appeal in partnerhip with @TotalFootballNI@EmergeServices @MenofAspiration @TEAMSBelfast such a huge success.
When people come together to help others it truly is community in action.
Here is where your help went.
I would like thank the volunteers of @MELYCA_1 @LagmoreF @MELYCA_1 & @danielbakersf for helping to organise this weeks Christmas festivities. Also thanks to @belfastcc for providing the funding 🌲🧑🎄
Christmas Festive cheer brought to Mount Eagles & Lagmore ....again massive thanks to our local representative @danielbakersf and the volunteers of @MELYCA_1@Lagmoreyouth & @LagmoreF for making this happen https://t.co/gWlugodVb0
Help me raise £500 for MELYCA - Sam Baker is doing 5k a day for 14 days straight to raise funds for the families in need within the Colin community this Christmas 🎄 RT x

We are delighted that Mount Eagles /Lagmore can continue to deliver an array of Christmas Events over the festive period. If attending please do so in line with Government health guidelines including face coverings & socially distance yourselves at all times.
Many thanks to the residents of Lagmore and Mount Eagles for your very kind donations...this will go a long way in aiding our community response throughout the Colin area.
MELYCA would like to pay thanks to Emma for help raising some essential funds in support of the Colin Community Response. Without the support of individuals such as Emma and that of local @belfastsinnfein & community activists we would not be able to support those in need.
We could not have done it without your support and that of the Spar in M/Eagles Franks in Poleglass & Jacks Twinbrook along with all our community partner orgs across the Colin #teamcolin. This is recognition for all and it was a privilege to collect it on their behalf #shoplocal
The community response showed everything amazing about West Belfast. We came together and helped many families who were shielding or in need during the 1st wave of the pandemic.
GAA, football clubs, community and political activists leading from the front.
Team Colin
A massive honour for our chair @JoeDuff38 today in collecting the Community Hero’s award on behalf of the Community sector in Colin. MELYCA along with our community partners lead from the front during the first wave and ensured all those in need and vulnerable were taken care of.
