@scalzi My child is transitioning and for the first time I feel like I really know who they are. They are so joyful in a way they never were before. It’s really amazing to witness.

@venikunche @KanikaTolver Yes. It’s one of the things I miss about H-town. The diversity is only matched by NYC. My high school was crazy diverse and when I lived to ATX it was jarring.
Down side is humidity and of course the fact that it’s in TX.

@data_recruiter OMG…my eldest fenced on a national level and we’d go to these massive tournaments once a month. And I was always low key sourcing. That said, I did actually place a few folks that way so 🤷🏻‍♀️
