Multiple calls to customer care have resulted in false assurances, no complaint number, no callback & no resolution.
The local representative is also not responding.

As an existing Airtel Postpaid and DTH customer, this is extremely disappointing.
Worst service!

I applied for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber conn. on 19 June, completed KYC, paid ���1500 & the router was installed the same day. I was promised activation within 20���30 min.

More than 48 hrs later, the connection is still not activated. Please look into this asap!

More importantly, repeated rescheduling without accountability reflects a serious disregard for passenger time & contractual obligations.
Time is a material part of the service paid for..

Revised to 13:40 hrs & again to 14:25 hrs
This amounts to a delay of over 4.5 hrs for passengers.

As per DGCA Passenger Charter, airlines are obligated to ensure timely communication, adequate care & reasonable assistance during prolonged delays.
However during this extended delay, passengers were provided only a 250 ml water bottle & idli, which is clearly inadequate waiting

Dirty sewer water & garbage is being dumped on the road, causing clogging & unbearable stench near a school & no cleaning since last 2 days due to which students & passersby are suffering…

It’ll be great if nagar nigam can put big garbage box/ dustbin at this point & cover up the sewer area wall so it may look better & clean.
The location is Patel Nagar-2 Ghaziabad near by- Monday market.

पटेल नगर-2 में 3-4 घंटों से बिजली नहीं आ रही वोल्टेज बेहद कम आ रहे थे अब बिजली ही नहीं आ रही।
