@nationalexpress Disgusted my 70yr old mum has not been allowed to board coach that was booked and still waiting to depart because she was told by driver she was 10 minutes late to board it, when it was the *previous* connecting coach that was delayed as driver took ill.

1) Pull labels off their new blazers as they are walking out the door
2)Shove their shirts in
