@Airtel_Presence I requested disconnection of my Airtel Wi-Fi, completed verification, and paid all dues. The request shows “Completed” but the connection is still active and I’m still receiving bills. Customer care is not responding. Please resolve this urgently.

I had ordered 2 silicone gel foot support pads from Flipkart, but received a completely wrong product My question is why are such a big e-commerce platforms in India allowing such carelessness, even for orders worth ₹100-200?
