@JamesonJax2022 @washingtonpost Precautions are for real events. There aren’t enough precautions to help you when you’re being fed continual button pushing media.
You aren’t safer with a firearm unless where you live is more dangerous than the average percentage of firearm accidents. But keep buying like told
@ConservativeOp1 @JennJenn699@NPR@JoeBiden Anyone voting straight party after all this partisan crap is no more than a tool. There’s no intelligent reasoning for putting party first, unless you want to see the country fall.
@aceand8s@AP@GeneAPseattle You’re under an illusion. I’m not anti gun, a I’m anti untrained idiot with a gun, or a shallow fool easily provoked into violence by watching too much tv with a gun.
But mostly I grew up where people had guns and killed people, and I know what the reality is really like.
@aceand8s@AP@GeneAPseattle Be afraid! Be very afraid! And buy things because of it! Lots of expensive things you’ll end up not needing, but be afraid anyway.
@Nathanielstee13 @AP@GeneAPseattle I doubt those who are afraid of socialism and scared of democrats in charge would be aware of real governmental actions against its citizens. That’s the problem with political narratives designed to push your buttons; they don’t match reality.
@RC350FDriver@washingtonpost You can’t sue car manufacturers for wrecks because we license to certify a person is qualified to use it.
You could sue them if any idiot asshole can jump into any car and drive wherever in public legally, then drives into kids.
@JenCamAZP @dustman559 @mike727johnson@NPR There are more people who believe the earth is flat than ever. The reason is they can surround themselves with media that reaffirms their beliefs and never have to see round earth lies ever.
There are partisan media that does the same thing with political parties. For fools only
@NPR Those of you who think this is a partisan issue are actually part of the problem.
If you weren’t partisan, you wouldn’t have been scared into voting in crooks. Because politics is where stupid people go to feel smart.
@Kn1ne@washingtonpost Jefferson’s point works best for back then with their surroundings and context. To not make allowances for progress leaves some laws gutted or having the opposite effect as the spirit intended.
The second is a last ditch resort when all else fails. Don’t skip to it first.
