@TapTools Hype builds, whales sit and watch, then when the pause in data, or inflection point is decided, dump happens at whale/institution level…retail flees late and institution whales buy again low, exchange profit from the purchasing fees

@TapTools CB and other exchanges have the data. They look for patterns as to when retail pauses after the hype..then whales buy…retail increases multi buys bc their pockets aren’t as deep
