Ondo built a $4 billion tokenization platform.
The token still trades 88% below its high.
What $ONDO actually shipped:
→ $2.6B : tokenized US Treasuries (OUSG, USDY)
→ $850M : tokenized stocks and ETFs
→ 260+ : US equities live, trading 24/7
→ 70% : share of all tokenized equities
Who's in the stack:
BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, JPMorgan, Ripple.
• Last week: FINRA cleared its broker-dealer.
• This week: it scrapped its own blockchain and launched
Ondo Network, executing trades privately and settling on-chain.
BlackRock tokenized Treasuries and kept it institutional.
Ondo tokenized 260 stocks and opened the doors 24/7.
USDY is now live on @BNBCHAIN.
AI agents & hundreds of millions of wallets on BNB Chain can now benefit from:
✅ Yield accruing daily
✅ Permissionless access
✅ Instant minting/redemptions
Available now via 1inch, Ledger, LI․FI, CoW Protocol, Trust Wallet, LayerZero, & more.
3 years, billions in TVL, and still growing.
USDY just turned 3, reaching $2.1 billion in market cap and now a top 3 tokenized Treasury.
Three years in, it's proven tokenized Treasuries can meet an institutional standard, while keeping the benefits tokenization offers:
→ Nearly 30,000 holders
→ Live across 6 blockchains
→ $8.5 billion transfer volume
→ Permissionless onchain transfers
→ 24/7 instant mint and redemption
USDY is a tokenized note backed by short-term U.S. Treasuries and bank deposits. It was one of the earliest signals that tokenization could reshape how financial products are issued, accessed, and used.

JUST IN: Ondo Finance is weighing an acquisition worth up to $500 MILLION.
The tokenized asset firm is considering wealthtech targets as it looks to expand beyond its $2.5 BILLION in tokenized US Treasuries and stocks.
Ondo has raised just $24 MILLION in venture funding, making it one of the most capital-efficient companies in crypto.
Ondo drops the chain
@Ondo says the L1 it unveiled in February 2025, with Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree, Google Cloud and McKinsey among its design advisors, has evolved into the Ondo Network. In its own words, that network "isn't a blockchain today."
Execution moves into secure hardware enclaves instead of a replicated ledger, with a quorum of attestors approving which code can run and holding split keys. The tech came from Enclave Markets, acquired by Ondo this year, and it's already running $ONDO Perps.
Execution currently runs in a single enclave, while the permissionless attestor set, onchain state settlement and external watchers are listed as future directions rather than live features.
$ONDO clearly shows signs of breakout.
Imagine, the leading RWA Project with direct US organization contacts and multiple partnerships trading below 1$.
This is a steal I would say.

Ondo Perps is the first application powered by the Ondo Network.
The breakthrough architecture eliminates tradeoffs that defined previous trading systems and introduces a platform that is:
▸ Fast and private like a centralized exchange
▸ Verifiable like a blockchain
▸ Non-custodial by design
This is just the start. RWA perps are now positioned to become a core primitive in a global financial system that is truly accessible to everyone.
Introducing the Ondo Network, the execution layer for open financial markets, and the evolution of our vision for Ondo Chain.
Fast and private like a CEX. Verifiable like a blockchain. Non-custodial in design.
How it works:
→ Enclaves for private, high-speed execution
→ Decentralized attestors for verifiability
→ Blockchains for asset transfer settlement
The first application powered by the Ondo Network is @OndoPerps, the high-performance perpetual futures platform.
But the Network is not a perps-specific system. It is general-purpose infrastructure for any application that needs execution speed, privacy, and distributed, verifiable correctness. Spot markets, structured products, lending markets, and more can all be built on it.
Our mission has always been to make finance more accessible, and blockchain was our most powerful tool for getting there. But we always let the goal, not the technology, lead. And building for Ondo Perps, we realized that addressing the infrastructure constraints that matter today didn’t require us to build a chain — at least in the traditional sense — at all.
Financial infrastructure always meant tradeoffs: speed, privacy, control, verifiability, you bought one by giving up another. Those tradeoffs seemed inherent. They weren’t. They came from forcing execution, verification, and settlement into one place. Separate them, and you can have the right technology for the right use. That’s the Ondo Network.
Though the Ondo Network was first launched to enable Ondo Perps, this is only just the beginning of what can be done, including further opening the attestor set, proof-of-stake security, onchain state settlement, additional cryptographic proofs, selective privacy, and novel roles for staking.
Note that with each of these, the Ondo Network starts to look more like what people have always actually valued in a blockchain: many independent operators, one shared history, security that comes from economics and cryptography instead of mere trust, and rules anyone can check. But it does so in a way that gives users the speed and privacy they want.
That’s why the Ondo Network is really the continuation of what we set out to build with Ondo Chain. It isn’t a blockchain today; it doesn’t need to be. But as the Network evolves, we expect that distinction to get harder to make. While the Ondo Network isn’t the blockchain we initially planned, it’s actually the truer expression of why we wanted one.
The future of open financial markets won’t be defined by onchain or offchain, but by the properties that they need to function: speed, privacy, robustness, verifiability, composability, and access, all in different measures for different use cases.
The Ondo Network is not a bet on any one technology, but on the goal every technology we’ve adopted was meant to serve: a financial system genuinely accessible to everyone. One that’s composable and non-custodial. Verifiable without being fully visible. Fast without being centralized. Private without being opaque.
The Ondo Network is the evolution of the vision for Ondo Chain. And the first version is live today.
Markets that never close are coming.
A new feature in @theinformation on the DTCC's first production trades onchain names Ondo among the firms positioned to benefit once shares can settle beyond market hours.
In the piece, Ondo's Ian De Bode explains how DTCC tokenization could strengthen the model behind Ondo Stocks, letting settlement keep pace with tokens that trade every day.
What this unlocks for markets:
→ Weekend movement of shares
→ Faster collateral and financing
→ A bridge between markets and onchain
For decades, stock settlement has been bound by market hours and legacy infrastructure. Tokenization is starting to change that, and Ondo is helping lead the shift.
