I’ll throw on safety, all kids know who staff are and, in larger schools with higher turnover, staff easily recognize staff, even the newbies.

@Gabriele_Corno I’ve had a dog with separation anxiety - that dog may scratch at doors, claw at the ground to try and get out when you leave. Required doggy day care - was expensive at a time in my life I didn’t have funds. This pulls at the heart strings, but a MAJOR commitment.
