@MWEBTweets They also won’t cancel the service until payment is made in other words blackmailing is cod the new owner can not connect to his internet provider. We are only moving into our new house in about 5 months time as we are building!

@MWEBTweets But Mweb now want to charge me a cancellation fee which I think is shocking. I don’t mind paying for the service until 14 May but not happy to also pay the cancellation fee. It was beyond our control! I have been a customer for over 20 years
