@shapsio@LivePhish Broke down in Cinci otw to the show from Memphis that day. Got it fixed and back on the road in time to make the show, then show traffic forced us to miss all of set 1. Made it to my seat as Possum ended. The second set is one of my favorites ever and worth the hassle we endured.
@shapsio@LivePhish My 8th show. The Julius opener is my favorite version by a huge margin. Absolutely sublime. Incredible renditions of Melt, Billy Breathes, Possum to close set 1 and an unbeatable Punch>Ghost to open set 2 which is peak Phish psychedelia. You won't find a more unique YEM either.

This dude has more money than anyone that has EVER lived. EVER. EVER.
He could have been anything. ANYTHING.
He could have been fucking Robot Batman.
ROBOT fucking BATMAN.
He chose Ketamine Lex Luthor.
You will never convince me COVID didn't irreparably disrupt how we teach our students. Going back to school post-COVID with all these online classes it is so apparent. There is a massive difference between learning a subject and being a taught a subject. They are not the same.
@mullysalt 30th anniversary is 11/29/95. Hoping for a celebration show. I will prioritize that. 30 years is as long as the dead toured! It's a mark worthy of note.
@mullysalt Thanks! You too! It's been tough scaling back on phish. I have seen 9 shows in two years after seeing basically every show from Arkansas 21 through deer creek 22. I only put in for 3 this summer. But I am feeling good about having new priorities after 30 years of phish.
@mullysalt I am working with groups and individuals in therapy and activity groups so applying those classes on groups and individuals therapy has benefited. But mostly I feel like it's just using natural instincts and empathy to treat people like people not patients.
@mullysalt It's going well. Managed to get straight As so far, so that's good. Working an internship tied to school with elderly dementia patients. Learning a lot through experience!
