@JustHelens I did, came out of nowhere in my 30’s. But prescription strength antihistamines, eye drops and prescribed nasal spray keep me sane, my eyes still look like I’m crying for the first half hour outside, but after that all good 👍🏼 my allergy is tree pollen, so finished by end of May
