@cryptocom do you guys even answer messages sent to you through your so call support app. You say it typically takes one day but yet it’s been over a month. Also been sending them often with no success

@cryptocom if you all verified a existing account but the email was incorrect and it locked the account. It is still showing pending verification and said it takes 2 to 3 business but it’s been 7. How do we go about getting back into the account?
