Memphis Dark History Guru | TURNT | Paranormal | Music | Shortwave radio show out of Memphis, Tennessee on WRMI. Tuesday nights at 7PM CST on 9395 kHz.
On this special Halloween episode of Just Bluffin’, we talk with paranormal enthusiast Bill Webb. He tells us about Memphis’s spooky history, his experiences as a paranormal investigator, and how much the yellow fever impacted the city. Listen if you dare!
So, I’ve been insanely busy, but I think things are slowing down. The question I have- do I keep going with WRMI? Is anyone interested in Memphis & southern paranormal + music + whatever weird shit I can find? #dx#shortwave
I’m currently on for :30 minutes every Tuesday night- beamed to the USA. So far, I can’t tell if anyone listens. When I was broadcasting on 15770 kHz- all of Europe was listening
even though I am a season ticket holder for the Memphis Grizzlies, I am going to miss the game tonight. Twilight tour at the Woodruff Fontaine Home. I'll be there as a volunteer and will share my experiences if asked to by the director
@memphisweirdos @memphisbookscorpion I was at the WFHM turning lights off before leaving & I snapped this image. It's Elliot's room. Elliot Fontaine. Notice the blue orb? Is Elliot's spirit in the home? venture to say, yes. But that's an entirely different story.. #spookyseason

GONERFEST 20 was a blast. It truly was. Not only did I get to play the festival, I also contributed a few words in the program guide. I met people from all over the world today who seemed genuinely interested in what TURNT did today.
I am proud of this thing we do, and so thankful to Hans Faulhaber for concocting this crazy shit.
And special thanks to @ericgoner and Cole at GONER. I can't thank them enough for everything. I've been on the business end of festivals and I've played them. They are the best.
GONERFEST is out of control. It is a 57 Chevy, barreling down Riverside Drive at top speed without breaks. The only way to stop this car is to strategically place 1 million pounds of marshmellows in Tom Lee Park
@ShermanWillmott Truly was. I got to know him pretty well when he worked at the Pyramid Club & played with Group Therapy. Then I found out he played w/ Chris Bell & my cousin, Richard on Cosmos- he & Richard were in Alamo together. He was so nice. I know he’s missed.
