In August, 2022, Fire Driver David Pleasant was killed when a drunk driver (BAC 3x legal limit) crashed into his fire truck, causing it to overturn. 3 firefighters were injured. The DA is seeking just 8 years for this tragedy. That’s not justice. Something must be done.
